Answers A, B and D would all be helpful. Jasjot Singh can deal directly with the problem at its source, and speak privately and respectfully to Lucia. Rather than confronting her with hearsay, tell her what he’s heard and inquire that if it is true, this is something they need to talk about, and clear up any misunderstanding or misinformation. Also, if true, he can suggest that it would have been better to reach out to him directly for the feedback. Speaking poorly of him to her students puts both Lucia and Jasjot in a bad light. Let her know he is always open to feedback and having such discussions can help them grow and improve as teachers and trainers. Lastly, at a NKYTA or other meeting of teachers and trainers, suggest a dialog about respectful communication, how to give and receive feedback, and when it might be  more appropriate to go to KRI, a lead trainer, or in some cases even EPS, when they perceive a problem

Answer C, sending out a retaliatory email blast, would of course not be a good or very helpful approach.
